Get-Togethers

In a little bit different vein than our conferences, fellowship get-togethers aim to bring together faithful Orthodox Christians (and their friends of goodwill) for camping trips, restaurant outings, picnics, group pilgrimages, history jaunts, and other such adventures. These could be casual or serious or in-between. But either way, the hope is to inspire people to make new friends, establish localist bonds, grow the faith community, and nurture those sturdy and reliable Orthodox relationships within each and every corner of Dixie. If you have any ideas, please do share them us. Let’s hit the road and have some fun, shall we?!

“Iron sharpens iron,
and one man sharpens another.”
— Proverbs 27:17

“That is, that I may be comforted together with you by the mutual faith both of you and me.”
— Romans 1:12

“For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.”
— Matthew 18:20
