“One person gives freely, yet gains even more; another withholds unduly, but comes to poverty. A generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed.” Proverbs 11:24–25

After several years’ operating as an unincorporated association, we’re happy to report that the Fellowship has moved forward with formal incorporation and filed for formal tax exemption as a tax-exempt religious nonprofit organization. Glory to God! Moreover, we’ve received a generous offer of matching funds for contributions toward the initial cost of incorporation and tax exemption! Thus, all one-time and recurring contributions after the date of incorporation (December 4, 2025) will be tax deductible, assuming we achieve tax exemption which is expected in very soon. So, please consider making a tax-deductible donation during this Lenten season to help grow the Fellowship’s ongoing missionary activities. Donations are welcome by PayPal or by check: Paid to the order of “Ludwell Orthodox Fellowship” and mailed to 10636 Catharpin Rd, Spotsylvania, VA 22551. Here’s to refreshing the Southland and all of her Christ-haunted people! Thank you all.
